These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Replai, a service operated by Norstrol LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using Replai, you agree to these Terms.
Replai helps businesses generate and publish replies to their online customer reviews using artificial intelligence. Features may evolve over time.
You must provide accurate information and are responsible for keeping your login secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act for the business you connect.
Replai generates suggested replies using AI. You are responsible for the replies published on your behalf. We strongly recommend reviewing replies before publishing. AI output may occasionally contain errors; you remain the author and are accountable for what is posted to your profiles.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor. You can cancel at any time; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Replai relies on third-party services such as Google Business Profile and AI providers. Your use of those services is also subject to their terms. We are not responsible for outages or changes in third-party services.
You may stop using and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Replai is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous 12 months.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
