Replai ("we", "us", "our"), a product operated by Norstrol LLC, provides a service that helps businesses reply to their online customer reviews using artificial intelligence. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using Replai, you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

Account information: your name, email address, and business details you provide when you sign up.
Google Business Profile data: with your explicit permission, we access your business reviews, ratings, business profile details, and reply status through Google's official APIs — solely to display them to you and generate replies.
Content you create: your chosen tone, language, signature, and any edits you make to generated replies.
Usage data: basic technical information (device, browser, log data) to keep the service secure and working.
Payment data: handled entirely by our payment processor (e.g., Stripe). We never see or store your full card details.

2. How we use your information

To generate, display, and (with your approval) publish replies to your reviews.
To provide, maintain, secure, and improve the service.
To communicate with you about your account and support requests.
To process your subscription payments.

3. Google user data — Limited Use

Replai's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Specifically:

We only access your Google Business Profile data to provide and improve the review-reply features you request.
We do not sell your Google user data.
We do not use your Google user data for advertising.
We do not allow humans to read your data, except with your explicit consent, for security purposes, to comply with the law, or where processing is necessary to operate the service.

4. AI processing

To generate replies, review text and your chosen preferences are sent to a trusted third-party AI provider strictly to produce the reply. This data is not used to train third-party models and is not shared beyond what is necessary to deliver the service.

5. Sharing of information

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate Replai (such as hosting, AI processing, and payment providers), under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.

6. Data retention & deletion

We keep your data only as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing us — we will delete it within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data. Access to Google data is limited to what you authorize, and can be revoked by you at any time from your Google account settings.

8. Your rights

You may access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and withdraw consent for Google access at any time. Contact us to exercise these rights.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version here with an updated date.
